Upgrade of an International 806 with CUL-power-kicker.

The CUL-power-kicker made of carbon and fiberglass was adapted to the International 806 at the customer's request with special fittings to the John mast and boom.
The spring force relieves and opens the leech of the mainsail in light wind and space sheeting courses . With the modern Dyneema tack integrated in the kicker, the downhaul can be operated simultaneously.
The power kicker also brings a great advantage in handling when setting and recovering the mainsail. Here, the boom remains stationary and thus facilitates the operation considerably.
The power kicker was painted in creamy white.
