CUL-Masten Carbon Gennaker Construction for Dolphin 81
The fast Dolphin 81 was professionally installed an inlay tube and gennaker pole by Bootsservice Fisch and Ships at Attersee. At the fixed inlay tube is driven code0 and top accuracy. AM 2.70m long extendable gennaker pole is driven a 100m2 large gennaker.
The elaborate manufacturing method with high-strength carbon fibers, which are mainly in the direction of bending, gives the gennaker pole the necessary strength, even without a water stay.
The gennaker pole is made with a design carbon top layer and painted with multi-layer UV varnish.
